We can find plenty of inns with a very affordable price  there.

Poppies lane is known as an tourist village. Even those who gave the name of Poppies. Origin of the word of Poppies is puppies, when the time had a lot of puppies local people who wandered in the Lane.  Poppies lane is located in the surrounding streets of Kuta Beach and cut to Legian street. With affordable prices, we can easily  access to Bali’s tourist area that must be visited, Kuta Beach.  In addition, the location is strategic. Very close to night entertainments especialy for us who loves night life.  What is certain is the average stay at Poppies range Rp.50,000,00 – Rp.350.000, 00 adapted to existing facilities. Never hoping for a five-star facilities at the inn for Rp.50.000, 00. Because we only find a bed and table as well as public bathrooms outside the room.  But we must be careful in looking for places to eat in the surrounding Poppies. Because the standard price of each menu is for tourists not for domestic tourist. We better walk a minutes to Kuta beach  and buy Javanese cuisine in various small stalls shore. Because besides suited to local tastes, the price was cheap. In fact we will find package for rice packets that Rp.4000, 00 are known called ‘Rice Jinggo ‘. Noteworthy is the cleanliness of the shop to ensure health food.

which one of island do you like better, Bali or Hawaii??

Bali is island in Indonesia thats seems like Hawaii in US..

No comparison. Bali is way better and yes, I’ve been to both. While my wife and I were there we had the best time and stayed at 4 star hotels for cheap. Go off-season and it will end up being cheaper than Hawaii and best of all you can bargain for rooms. I highly recommend the Le Meridien and the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel. The sunsets from Tanah Lot are amazing (don’t miss it). Food is cheap (way cheaper than in Hawaii so don’t let people tell you any different).
Just so you know, I live in California, so cost of flight to Hawaii is as cheap as you can get I believe, but still it’s much more interesting to fly to an exotic island such as Bali where the locals speak English but just barely.
Bali is broken into regions where there are artisans and such. Some great surfing and snorkeling if you are into that.
Sad that there was some terrorist activity a few years back, but we went before that happened. Hope that not much has changed. Just search the web for some pictures. You can tell that people who went had a blast. Gorgeous pictures and lush scenery. Food is great too, none of this fake luau that they make us tourists pay for and think that we are getting a taste of the local culture.
